Only thing .. I got an email saying my part came in about 7 am.... I didn't check my email until the end of the day...on Friday had to wait to Monday. A phone call would have been nice... let it be know I am happy with the transaction

Very impressed with Wilbert’s and Clay Martin. My daughter went there for a specific part and she was treated with respect. That doesn’t happen in some places around town. Even after the first part wasn’t correct (due to sender’s error) it was quickly reconciled at no extra charge!

I bought and paid for an engine and was told that it would be there on Friday, so I called on Friday to see if it was there before I drove to pick it up and they said according to the paperwork it was there so I went to pick it up and they could not find it anywhwere, they was a little puzzled as was I. Then they said they would know more about its location on Monday, I called on Monday and they said that they are still unable to locate it. The Sales person I spoke with was Tom he was very helpfull and had offered some other options, so my disappiontment is not with Tom but it seems that a company as large as Wilbert's would have it together by now, The employees make the Company but the Company also has to give them the right tools to do their job. I am totally disappointed with this transaction and would offer some solutions if the Owner would call me ,Tom in Barberton has my number. Now with the new years holliday it will be 4 more days waiting, I would have had the engine in by now. Not Happy Hopefully the owner reads ALL the reviews posted and not just respond to the favorable ones.
