My mom’s car unfortunately got hit when she was coming home from work during the recent snow storm and her car was totaled out. Her insurance company had it sent to this location where it would be taken care of. We went to get the car. The woman on the phone said it would be pulled around front so we could collect any items that were in the car. When we got there it wasn’t up front and we had to go into the junkyard for it. Once we got to the car, we noticed the license plate was still on the car instead of taken off like they were suppose to be, but it wasn’t too big of a deal because they were busy.<br><br>Now here’s the bad part. We collected her things only to find out that items had been taken from the car. She had two small Jesus figures on the dash, a multi-type charger port with chords and another chord that were both plugged in, and her steering wheel cover, none were anywhere to be found! The last thing you need when you just lost your car and had to miss out on a day’s worth of pay from work, is someone to steal from you.

Nice new Copart facility. The major problem I noticed is the 90° turn transporters have to make picking up vehicles. I have been to every copart in Ohio, and this hands down has the worst entrance of all Coparts because the staff has decided not to let you in the main gate, to go around to the very spacious parking area. The small entrance is very tight and is not enough room for large trucks with trailers to swing the turn. If this matter is ever changed or addressed, I would give 5 stars. The staff didn't have a very good response to why they didn't allow people through the main gate. I just assume the people are new and have minimal to no experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐<br>This is, if not the best, one of the best Copart locations in Northeast Ohio!<br>The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the whole process was quick and easy.<br>Highly recommend — great service and great experience!
