The people that answer the phone are EXTREMELY rude. I tried calling but they just picked up the phone and hung up without saying a word. I called again to maybe get a different person, they mockingly said "Hello, Hello-" and hung up with me immediately when I said Hello back. i really needed information on something so i called again. the person was the same saying “is this phone broken or something? Hello hello hello-“ I kept saying hello and does he hear me. He says “I think the phone is broken I can’t hear you Miss.” I had to raise my voice than normal just for him to hear me, and when I asked for information they immediately told me “No we don’t have that” and was very rude about it. I’ve never felt so DISRESPECTED by calling to ask a question. I just wanted to know if they had a car part I needed. Very disrespectful, unprofessional, bad attitude. I shouldn’t have called this place if they were that rude to me.

I called multiple times too see if they had a rim in-stock but the owner refused to verify. Called back again too let them know that we would show up to look for it myself. but asked if they could remove it for us. The owner refused and kept giving claiming how busy they were during mothers day lol. I doubt it. You need to give better customer service and stop being lazy. My 2 cents.
