I scheduled a pick up appointment with Karville to sell my car for scrap. I chose the 4:00–5:00 pm time slot, but nobody ever came or called. I even called the number on their website—at first, someone answered, but when I explained my situation, they stopped responding. Now when I call, they pick up but don’t say anything. This is very unprofessional. A company should be serious about keeping their word and respecting people’s time.

Offered me 45% more than EIGHT other places I called for a quote for Junking my Totaled Minivan! Tow Truck Driver called me and wanted to show up early, but understood I wasn't finished cleaning items out of Vehicle so he waited patiently until the scheduled Time Window. Would use again and recommend to anyone.

Sadly I cannot join everyone with their great reviews. I scheduled a pick up between 4-5pm for my car. Never got a phone call and waited for about 2 hours. I finally called and I was told they were on the way and they never showed up. I left a message and still no phone call. Can't recommend. Had to call another company to go pick up my car.
