Called July 2nd got a quite $450 day n time Monday July 7th 8-11am called 11:10 am nobody came said can't find paperwork .l & not paying $450 Last time use them we a 501c3 charity get donations a lot. Used them 4x never again GFYS

Bad experience, they tell you a price, they send you to another place where they mistreat the vehicle and when you return to the office they want to pay you less than agreed. They use the excuse that the vehicle did not have original parts, in my case the catalytic converter of my CRV.... something a little crazy since the catalytic converter has a higher price than that agreed by the CRV.

The whole process was easy. I called the previous day to schedule a pick up. They called later in the day to confirm the time frame to pick up my car. The next morning the tow truck driver called me to let me know he was there. He came earlier than I expected. They had the cash and everything like discussed over the phone. This business, in my personal opinion, was great. If I ever had to junk another car I would call here again. Thanks for the wonderful service.
