They picked up the phone, they were professional, and neither of those things have I been able to find in the Wiregrass area.<br><br>Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for, but I will try to use them again.

I do not know what the negative reviews are about...this is not a day spa, it's a salvage yard. I went in last week to buy a bumper for a Suburban that they had listed online and had no issues. I went in and greeted the workers like a human and proceeded to sit at the bar stool in the air conditioned store. I showed them the online listing and waited for a few minutes and talked shop with the employees. About 10 minutes later the part arrived from the shelf in the back. I paid with a credit card, got a nice yellow invoice that was printed out rather than hand-written. The part was in good shape and the yardman placed it in the back of my truck. The two guys at the counter were nice and the lady working in the back office was as well. I helped my buddy mount the bumper on his shi*box of a truck. The bulbs in the fog light assembly were functional which is also a plus.
