We cannot say enough good things about Kevin Goodyear Towing and driver Jason Varnam.<br><br>Our 40-foot, 40,000-pound motorhome broke down on Interstate 10 in early February 2026, leaving us in a very dangerous roadside position. Jason spent several hours working carefully and patiently to get us safely off the highway and transported to a repair facility.<br><br>His knowledge of towing large, heavy vehicles was extremely impressive, and he approached the situation with professionalism, precision, and calm confidence. He worked tirelessly to make sure everything was done exactly right and stayed with the job until after 2:00 a.m. — and still had a two-hour drive home afterward.<br><br>What truly stood out was Jason’s dedication and attitude. The entire time he was helping us, he remained positive, focused, and reassuring. We later discovered it was actually his 51st birthday, and he still chose to spend the night helping strangers in a difficult situation.<br><br>That level of commitment and service is rare these days.<br><br>Thank you, Jason, for going above and beyond to keep us safe. And thank you to Kevin Goodyear Towing for having professionals like Jason on your team. We are incredibly grateful.

You guys told him that EPD ordered the tows, that was false, then told him Community HOA ordered the tows, that was false, refused to give him documentation so that he COULD dispute the tows with whoever ordered them, but you refuse instead. Then you tell the public that you never said that EPD authorized the tows when there is a video going around that says otherwise? My cousin just wanted his business back, and you sold it. And where is his stuff at that was inside his cars? He had thousands of dollars worth of his stuff in there. Because you never gave him correct info, he had to go to court against the only people he could, which was you, and on top of that your storage fees kept going up. If he knew that Prestige ordered the tows from the beginning he could have done something else instead of suing you, but for whatever reason you were not honest with him. All you had to give him was an invoice that stated who ordered the tows the day he went in. Kevin Goodyear Towing is NOT an honest company and will do anything to conceal wrongdoing, dont let them fool you, and for anyone who wants to see the video go to "closed permanently Rags 2 Riches Cleaning Service" on facebook. I suggest you avoid goodyear towing if you value accountability honesty or integrity. Tj told me not to post stuff but im sorry its wrong and its hard to watch a family member suffer. And by the way all of the stuff he had that was in the vehicle is no where to be found and they are refusing to tell him where it is at- Anissa J.

Okay, I'm an idiot! I got my car stuck on a curb that I thought was a white line??? Called AAA and they sent Roger from Kevin Goodyear. How to get the car off its perch was a conundrum! But Roger figured it out in no time and sent me on my way. Jennifer in the office was kind and helpful as well. They did a great job.
