I am giving this 3 stars because while the inventory is there, the location has become extremely inaccessible lately. Every time we have come by during their posted hours, they have been closed despite showing as "Open" online. • Unreliable Hours: The hours listed online need to be updated or changed to reflect that the yard isn't actually open to the general public during those times. • Communication Issues: We have attempted to call several times to get parts ordered and received, but we haven't had any success getting through to anyone. While we love the concept of this it’s just not accessible to locals. Garrity location is your best bet.

Rude as hell, Super condescending guy on the phone. I asked whether or not they had a specific part over there for a simple fix, and guy said “uhhh you gotta buy the whole thing” and while I was attempting to explain further what I was asking, this guy hung up on me.

They suck at answering call. They hung up the phone on customers. It has happened quite a few times to me. They either do it at first or in the middle of conversations.
