My truck busted a main airline and was airless in brakes and transmission on S I-35 in middle of rush hour traffic, got there quick enough so that Hero didn't have to have me toward! Dealership didn't have part had to wait u til morning. But Thomas and his crew spent all morning and early afternoon. Tryna get me back on the road. 4 of them were there working on the trThey are a nice bunch of guys. They brought me pizza and water, they really took good care of me and my truck. I would give them 100💫 if possible. Thank you Thomas. They are my go to now and always if I'm ever in Austin and need at tow or emergency work on my truck!

This is one of the best experiences I've had at a tow lot; or an automotive service, and I've had a lot of them. My truck was down over the weekend and (the Owner) took it upon himself to drive me around hotel to hotel as there were no rooms due to an event in town. 4 hotels later, I was sleeping well.. Prontos saved my trucker life!!

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. We hired them to do a company call and they ended up charging us $24K for 10 hours of work. They lied about our AMEX declining to go through when they never ran it, held our tractor and trailer hostage for 4 days and forced us to pay cash before they would release it. Scammy business practices and the owner Thomas is extremely unprofessional and rude. We blacklisted from using them in Texas. There's a reason they are under 2 star rating in Google and Yelp. Stay away.
