Spoke with someone today at 1220 who confirmed they have a right rear window. Got there at 120pm... not only could they not find the window, they had no record of anyone even looking up the window. They dont even have any record of a quote. Drove 20miles for this bull. Pissed.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at US Auto Parts. While most of the staff members are kind and professional, I overheard a customer service representative named Jamie make racist remarks about Hispanic customers, including saying she wishes “Trump would take all the Hispanic trash out of the country.” As a customer, this was deeply offensive and completely unacceptable. No one should feel uncomfortable or discriminated against while simply trying to do business. Customer service representatives should treat every client with respect, regardless of race or background. I truly hope management takes this matter seriously and provides proper training on professionalism, diversity, and respectful communication. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity. Be careful dealing with her if you go here. She treats Hispanic clients like if she’s disgusted or upset . If you really have a problem with Hispanics then maybe this isn’t the job for you hunny

Bought an engine they said they heard it run but when I got it home there were broken components under the valve cover. They honored the warranty but tried to give me a check even though I paid cash. I'm not advising not to go there but just to be cautious about these things if you do.
