My interactions with Clayton and his team were positive from the start. Unfortunately, I had to have my vehicle sent back to his team to re-address items needing attention Mistakes happen in any profession. However, not everyone is willing to own up to their mistakes because it requires humility. Instead of disputing my concerns, Clayton and his team owned up to their mistakes and made everything right. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I had a great experience at College Station Ford Body Shop! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They were working for me, not against me and weren’t trying to get my money. They fixed my car quickly and efficiently. This was especially appreciated as a female college student 9 hours away from home. Would highly recommend!

A huge thank you to Jeffery, and to Susanne as well for all their help with the process of fixing my car, my family and I aren’t from Texas so we have a hard time trusting people when it comes to our vehicles but they’ve truly made this experience smooth sailing for me, and my car looks great!! They originally told me it would take about 2 weeks and the work was complete in 1 week! They got it done very quickly and efficiently. CS Ford is the place to go if you’re ever in an accident or need any body work done on your car. These guys are very professional and very welcoming as well! 10/10 Recommend not wasting your time anywhere else!!
