Absolutely disgusting business. Towed my car from an apartment complex after my friend called the front desk and checked that my car would be fine. The number posted on the sign didn’t work so I had to go on a wild goose chase to find my car. (Photo below is the number on the sign- it does not work) Front desk ladies were rude. My car came back with its tires low, rim scratches, cup marks on the top of the car and handprints all over including things that I wouldn’t expect to be messed with like the gas cap and the back doors. I understand they have to hook it up but the marks all over the car seemed excessive. Almost $300 to retrieve my car. I asked for documentation for my family lawyer and let them know I’d be sending it to him since everything I sign goes through him and was laughed at by the front desk. Unprofessional and predatory. They know this is a college town with not much parking and use that to their benefit.

David T saved us! No, literally. We paid another tow service to tow our late father's car to a storage unit and when the other tow service couldn't get it in the unit, he left us halfway out the unit. We then called On The Road Again and David helped us in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much!!

David T a tower for “on the road again” was sent out to my car that was overheating on the side of the road. Once the cop called them he was there promptly. I was no able to afford the tow and although he did not have to he still moved me from a dangerous spot on the freeway to a safe parking lot. I am very thankful and appreciative, and i recommend “on the road again” especially David T! He was very respectful to my car and kind person to me!! Thank you again!
