Driver got dispatched to Plano from Ft Worth. They canceled on me after 1.5 hours, assigned a new driver after calling my insurance company because of the wait, and that driver canceled as well after 3 hours of waiting after being told by dispatch they’d be there in 10-15 minutes max. Dog shit company.
