Genie Towing did not disappoint. Customer service, price everything was on point. From the time we called and got loaded was less than 20 minutes. The gentleman that picked us up, Mr.Lionel, was an absolute angel. He was so kind and friendly. If we ever need a tow truck again, we will definitely be using Genie Towie. 100% recommend Genie Towing!! I was in desperate need of a tow truck and no one would answer me. My insurance company was charging me SO MUCH and so I started googling. We received help from Mr. Bernie. He was so knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. The trip was 50 miles and very reasonably priced! He was very careful with our truck and eased our nerves on how we were feeling about it! I will forever call them in case of need. They arrived at location within minutes and when arrived home, he was able to park it how we needed it. AMAZING SERVICE!!!

Bernie went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was delivered to the dealership. Despite the battery not receiving any charge, and the vehicle’s parking brake being locked, Bernie found a way to safely load the vehicle on his truck. Once at the dealership, he kept me informed as to where he dropped the vehicle and to whom he spoke to and left the keys with. His level of communication was excellent. I highly recommend Bernie to anyone in need of an effective, safe, and courteous tow driver. Excellent service.
