Great Company , was given a ETA they were there before eta given . Courtesy respectful , great equipment . I would recommend this company for all my towing and recovery needs in Texas . The rate they advised didn’t change . Driver is the best tow driver I ever met . Hands down the best . I’m from Detroit broke down after running my truck in a pool of water . I only had to call 1 company no others . Thanks you

Illegally towed my vehicle!!Whoever brittany is there lol wow!!! Really blocking people for reaching out about damages ? Its ok btittany the city of Round Rock has reached out and so has google fiber your going to have to provide the video of the tow from start to finish to them lol. From pre inspection til the end of the tow. No tow signs were mon-fri u touched my car on sunday Filed in court as well. Complaint filed with TDLR also. I GOT TIME TODAY. Im a disabled veteran out a car now and will be missing some important medical appointments now. Thanks Eagle Towing and Wrecking you guys sure wreck my peace. Then your tow truck driver parks my car illegally in front of a fire hydrant!!! To then really be towed and damaged!! Cant make this up lol. He failed to check the signs aswell and left no paper work. claiming to be very professional Brittany but you are the complete opposite UNPROFESSIONAL

Good customer service and driver was super cool. Price was high. $250 for a jump start $13 for cc fee & a $25 fuel surcharge to go 6.1 miles. But I had to have a jump and they knew I was in need so like any tow company, they are gonna take advantage of you while your in distress.
