My husband & I were coming to Cincinnati from Missouri for a wedding. We were on Ronald Regan Hwy when a flat bed tow truck from Millennium Towing pulled over in front of us . Then we heard rocks hitting our windshield & noticed that the bed of the tow truck had lots of dried mud & rocks on the bed. We tried dodging them but had difficulty because of the traffic afraid of causing an accident. Then suddenly a big rock hit the passenger side of the windshield & there is a moon shaped size crack about the size of a bottom of a soda can. There were other rock damage as well . We did pull up beside the truck & pointed the damage to the driver & his response was to point down to the phone number on the truck door. We did contact them & told them what happened . They were very nice . Said they would get back with us. Well , they didn’t . We called them back after a few days & told us to turn it into our insurance. Why should we have to pay a deductible for their negligence! If the driver of the truck would have cleaned the bed off this never would have happened. We are currently trying to reach the owner of the business numerous times but Troy , the owner refuses to contact us . If the rock would have come out of the tire we would have understood him not being responsible, but off the bed of his truck is a different story . If I had not have been so frightened I would have thought to video the rocks coming out of the bed . I feel they are responsible & should pay for our windshield . We are out of pocket 662.00. I don’t look for Troy to contact us. And I don’t know if we have a legal issue or not. But he will be hearing from our attorney . If we need to go to small claims court I will go. They need to be responsible & clean the beds of their trucks off. We could have been in a serious accident but thank God we wasn’t . Millennium Towing & the owner Troy rates a BIG ZERO in my book for showing responsibility !

Lost a wheel hub on my boat trailer yesterday after buying it. Called them and I immediately felt like I had made the right call. The dispacher was helpful and very understanding of my situation. They had a truck there within 45 minutes and their driver was an absolute pro! He flat bedded the boat and trailer to a repair shop and sent me pictures of it in a secure area there. Highly recommend!

First off they didn’t put the skate on my wheels just drag my car on the back of the truck, didnt put the car in neutral..then when I met up with them to the place I asked if they could put air in my tire but they said they don’t do that which is fine.. didn’t hand me my keys just placed them on my dash board, as I was asking for my invoice and receipt my car door shut and my son was locked inside the car then when I asked them to unlock my car so I can get my son out the driver talking about that will cost more I ask how much more he go tell me I had to call the tow company back I did that he lied to the lady and told her that he was already gone when in fact he was still sitting there I have all this on camera plus his truck has a camera as well don’t go to them for any help it’s 32 degrees outside and they just pulled off without even unlocking my car while my son was still in there very unprofessional.
