My car was towed here after being stolen and crashed. Pat’s towing held my car hostage and was difficult for my insurance company to work with to arrange getting my car to the mechanic. Then, they didn’t send my car keys with my car when it was towed to my mechanic. They are now being difficult to work with to arrange getting the keys so that my mechanic to work on the car. The whole thing feels like a racket.

$420 for not even 24 hours is absolutely unacceptable. Welcome to Pats auto where they act like children the entire time you're there, and would rather resort to physical violence than actually provide a service. After spending 30 minutes trying to find the location, you'll find them under a different company, called Final Destination auto wrecking alongside the most egotistical workers around. don't bring a credit card, they also only take cash. Incredibly sketchy place, I question the total and got 3 different stories, none of which added up. They will price gouge you and not give a proper invoice.

Not the greatest Towing company .they will overcharge you with pick up fee & storage fee . Not reasonable . Vehicle was parked ; it was removed from location ( location had no visible signs ) and the company also did not provide any information in regards to who made the call to remove trucks . Wasn’t willing to do the probable protocol to tell you why the car was towed worst towing company to deal with scam alert !!!! Everything will catch up with guys believe me !!!!
