I called to get rid of my truck. They were polite and understanding of my needs. They were there the same day and get this. They paid in cash and paid me more than was discussed. The driver was clean and courteous and polite. It was a pleasure.

So I’m calling around different junkyards to see who would come pick up my truck for cash. The conversation started out neutral he asked me if I had the title registration and if the truck started he would offer $400 I explained to him that I misplaced the title but I have the registration and I have my ID that matches He told me OK The Cadillac converter is original But his attitude got real nasty real quick I am the only owner of this vehicle and everything is original for whatever reason he got nasty with bad attitude and then proceeded to say that he would only offer $150 and that I will need to take a picture of the Cadillac converter I didn’t let him finish his conversation I just hung up on him probably one of the worst nasty phone conversations I’ve had from my business in a while
