I hired Hendrickson Towing to help move an office container from one property to another, and I’m beyond satisfied with the experience. Moving these office containers isn’t exactly a standard job, but they handled it like pros. On the day of the move, the team showed up on time, came prepared, and treated the office container with care — making sure it was secured properly before transport. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They navigated tight spots and uneven terrain with ease, and the office container arrived at the new location in perfect condition. The price was reasonable, especially for such a unique job. If you’re looking for someone dependable and experienced with the tools to get the job done right, I’d definitely recommend Hendrickson Towing & Recovery.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was assigned this company through Geico for towing from LI to Queens (my mechanic shop). I received a text stating my car was successfully dropped off. The next day my mechanic calls me to advise my car never arrived to his shop. I called the tow company (after 5pm) and spoke with Rene. She continuously stated "your car was successfully dropped off" and stated the driver was sick that day and she couldn't get a hold of him to know where my car was actually dropped off. I told her I had the same Information as I had received the text but clearly my car was not in the correct place so I needed her to investigate and help me further. Rene hung up on me the first time we were on the phone and advised I'd have to call back the next day for any help. Rene was unprofessional and delivered atrocious customer service to say the least, from yelling on the phone to a paying customer (I paid Hendrickson the difference in mileage that Geico did not cover), to hanging up on me twice. After hanging up on me the first time, I called Rene back and asked her who signed for my car? She managed to text me pictures of where my car was delivered to and I confirmed that is was the incorrect address. Rene proceeded to ask if the other mechanic could tow the car, I responded no as they do not have tow trucks. Rene offered no help to resolve the mistake the company had made, and I ended up having to get another tow truck to tow it to the correct shop a few blocks away because the shop that the car was delivered to had no information on my car so they parked my car, unlocked with keys inside on the street! After finding out that my car had been delivered to the incorrect shop I expected the company to offer better customer service in problem solving and most importantly EMPATHY! I requested Rene share with me the name of her manager to which she stated "I have many" I asked her for the name of 1 and she stated it was Andrew. Andrew if you read this or any of Rene's managers I hope you consider some professional development training focused on customer service, and maybe some conflict resolution for Rene.
