I want to give my opinion on my experience at this place. On Friday, October 3rd, I arrived at this location looking for an engine for a 2000 Toyota Tacoma and I was treated very well. However, it turned out that the engine they gave us was the wrong one. The mechanic realized this. He still thought it might be compatible, and then realized the engine was no good either because it was seized. As soon as we arrived at the place, the person who helped us on Friday was there and he admitted that they had made a mistake and that they had given me the wrong engine. When I asked for my money back, I got an unpleasant surprise because he didn't want to give us all our money back, leaving them with $420 out of a total of $1,750. I even tried to negotiate with this person to get him to at least remove half of the charge, but he refused. He only told me that the only way to correct his mistake was for me to take the correct engine. Obviously, I couldn't trust him since I had completely trusted his word at first. He also had my information so he could have called me and told me they had given me the wrong engine, but he didn't, even though I also live almost two hours away from this place. He also mentioned to me that if I had called to let him know the engine wasn't the right one, he could have sent me the correct one, but even if I had done that, I wouldn't have trusted that the engine he sent me would work. This taught me a lesson: don't trust people who talk to you nicely because in the end, they don't explain every detail, and they don't want to lose out, even if it was a mistake on their part. Be more careful and double-check everything before making a purchase from this place.

Extremely poor customer service. They have no problem taking your order and delivering your part initially, but if the part fails, they drag their feet and lie about shipping the replacements. I bought a part in September with a 1 year warranty and the part failed at the end of January. I requested a replacement and they sent the wrong part. When brought to their attention, the insisted they sent the correct part and it has taken more than two weeks for them to send the correct replacement. It has now been almost 2 weeks since requesting a correct part. They agreed to send the correct part via Overnight shipping for the inconvenience of sending the wrong part to begin with. Well, of course they sent it via Ground, so it will be another 3-5 days before that part arrives and we still don't and won't know if it is the correct part. I added photos of the wrong part sent against the correct part still in the truck. Please be cautious if you are ordering from out of town or state, because you are at their mercy and they will not be honest and move with a sense of urgency to get you the correct replacement. Very unfortunate situation that could be avoided with a little honesty and integrity. *****UPDATE***** Good Day, I wanted to provide an update to my previous post as I had additional interactions with Yoya Auto Parts. I sppke with Eric regarding the breakdown in The processes and how things played out. He was apologetic and did a really good job or working to make it right. We did receive and incorrect replacement Booster and he ordered and sent an additional replacece it without me having to go through the return process first, That was helpful, as thay would have added another 3-5 days of processing time. We received the virrect replacement and got it installed. The vehicle is back to normal and I still have remaining time on the original warranty. Hopefully we won't need it, but if we do, I feel thay Yota will take care or things more promptly going forward. Based on how they finished this experience, I would give them another try in the future. Ron

Erik was very responsive and helpful when it came to looking for parts for our vehicle. They made sure we were satisfied with the parts and the workers worked diligently. The price were reasonable and it also comes with warranty. I would highly recommend the place to anyone who need used auto parts and/or body parts.
