These folks are the best!! My 2005 Tacoma needed a new engine wiring harness and there were none to be found in the Northeast, so I found SmartParts all the way across the US and they said they had one. Bridgit understood my worry about making sure they had the exact harness I needed and gave me the VIN of the donor vehicle and the advice to contact a Toyota dealer to confirm with that info. Skeptical, I did just that and with a little help from the parts person at our local Toyota dealer, I was able to confirm the harness SmartParts had was identical to the harness needed for my Tacoma. After a quick payment, the wiring harness arrived from CA in less than a week's time, nestled in a box all safe and intact. Love these guys almost as much as my Tacoma! Will

i have been buying part from there yard and have had great results , I" am sure there other people have not giving smart parts a real chance to redeem the customer satisfaction that they want, but people have to realize that the parts are used and if they want 100% quality they should buy new or dealer parts for best satisfaction
