I was in a car accident and they towed my car. When I went to go get the stuff out of my car the guy at the front with the beard was very nice and courteous and helped me and every way possible. All of my stuff was still in the car nothing was stolen my car was just as I left it. I came back we talked over the options the guy at the front again I got to tell you was extremely friendly and and was very helpful. Two other gentlemen were there and they were very pleasant too. I had to use the bathroom, to my surprise was clean and smelled fresh. Yeah I did cost me some money to leave the car there and abandon it but he made the process so easy and it was just a delightful experience to an awful tragic experience so I really highly recommend these people. Don't come in with an attitude because I don't think they deserve one they were truly kind gentleman.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This towing yard operates with very little regard for customer service, professionalism, or consistency. I called ahead to ask about retrieving my vehicle and was quoted a certain price. When I arrived, that price had suddenly changed with no explanation, I was told one thing on the phone and something completely different in person. When I asked why the price was different, I was given conflicting answers. It felt like no one had any clue what was going on—or worse, they were intentionally giving misleading information. What made it worse was the rude and dismissive attitude of the staff. They acted like I was bothering them by simply asking questions. There was no courtesy, no understanding, and certainly no attempt to explain things in a professional manner. Everyone I spoke to gave off the vibe that they didn’t care about doing their job right or helping customers. This kind of customer service is unacceptable especially for people who are already stressed about their vehicle being towed. Basic professionalism and training in how to deal with the public should be a priority for any business, especially one like this. There is absolutely no excuse for employees to be rude, inconsistent, and unhelpful. I hope this place seriously reevaluates how they operate. Between the shady price changes, the poor communication, and the complete lack of respect, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this towing yard to anyone.
