HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This is a place you can rest assured you're getting excellent service. I got an inspection on a pre-owned vehicle still under warranty I purchased online. I wanted get everything fixed before it expired if needed. Turned out to be a great purchase only needing a minor repair. However, if I didn't know exactly what to say to the dealer/service advisor, it would not have been fixed. I'm so grateful to have a shop in town that operates above and beyond expectations.They really look out for their customers.

My experience with Sterling's has always been magnificent every time I go to receive service for my Jag. I never have to worry about dishonest business practices like I've received from competitors. I like how I'm able to schedule and request my own appointments on their website. I like their mechanical work when it comes to servicing my car. Their service is better than the Dealership. I love how the receptionist takes the time to ask. Is there anything else that you would like us to look into and they give you honest feedback. She's very pleasant and knows her job.
