My car stopped working at the grocery store. So stressful. Luckily, I have AAA and they connected me to the tow truck. The process was really easy, and the wait wasn’t bad at all. Andrew, my tow truck driver, was wonderful. He made sure I was alright and then took a look at my battery. He had a really great mobile jump starter that was exactly what I needed. Thank goodness! Andrew was so kind and reassuring which was great because I felt so silly (I have a small mobile jump starter that I had tried and failed with before calling). Fantastic customer service during a stressful situation. I am so grateful and I know who I’ll be calling during my next car crisis!

Vacaville Tow was very fast to arrive after I’ve been waiting for almost 2 1/2 hours and redirected two times with my insurance for different towing companies. Sean was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable with helping me. Easy transaction and he took care of all the details and even dropped my key in my mechanics company drop box for me. Thanks Sean!!!

Got connected by this company through the AAA app, Sean the tow truck driver showed up in 20 min. I have an off road equipped vehicle with big off road tires and lock nuts, because of my wheels size my SUV didnt fit properly on the lift.. totally on me for having major aftermarket modifications. Sean Made it a priority to make sure to to anything he could to get me a tow or back on the road as fast as possible, after explaining I didn’t have the lock nut Socket for the custom wheels/lug nuts(again my fault) he called in a favor at the local Autozone and was able to get the part After hours when otherwise it would have been impossible until morning. Not only did he get me back on the road within the hour he went out of his way to get the part for me so if I were to have another flat tire I would have the lock nut socket for next time. If I could give 10 stars I would. Will recommend this tow company anytime someone I know needs a tow. Exceptional service like this, this day in age is almost impossible to come by.
