After a semi side swiped me on the overpass bridge coming from Southbound 355 into the suburbs for work on my Bday morning these guys helped me get back on wheels!!! Worked with them several times through Fox Valley Glass and we were always happy with the results and I can now say the same for my own vehicle! All the staff seemed annoyed to help me, and kept sending me to go talk to another staff member (who just always seemed annoyed to help me). It looks like all of them hate their life there, and even if they do, there is no reason to treat customers like the way they are treated. It could’ve been 5 minutes, as I was the only person in line the entire time, but it took nearly an hour because nobody wanted to talk to me. Thank you to whoever the last guy was for not being miserable, and actually helping me. This place is a mess
