I contacted my insurance and the sent out a tow truck from Ace Towing LLC. The whole experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The employees were incredibly rude and treated me and my family as if we were inconveniencing them for a service that they provide and that we paid for. The first thing the driver asked me was about the rate. He wanted to know if I was paying their rate or a different rate. I told him I went through my insurance and paid the amount I was told to pay. After this, the whole interaction with this company was horrible. First, he claims he isn’t able to locate my car. We gave the location of the car, and the location of surrounding buildings so that he would have more than enough information to find the vehicle. He calls back from a location 4-5 miles from the location(s) we gave. He then proceeds to have an attitude with me when I give him the multiple locations again. When he finally finds the site where my vehicle is located, he calls to say there is a problem. The driver then puts me on a three way with himself and the dispatcher. My family member decides to go back out to the site to try and resolve the problem. She asks how far my family member is and I tell her about 20 minutes. She then has an attitude and say “I guess we can wait 20 minutes but if they’re not here, then we’re done”. This was after it took the truck 2+ hours to get to my car. Once my family member gets to the site of my vehicle, the driver decides he’s not able to tow it. So my vehicle was left on the side of the road overnight. I got in contact with my insurance company the next morning to get a new tow truck and that since the service I paid for wasn’t complete that I wouldn’t be paying for another truck. The insurance agent was confused as to why this company marked the job as complete when the service was not completed and my car had not been towed. She had to mark the job as incomplete and transfer my payment to another tow company (which was incredible and was able to complete my service without issue). If it hadn’t have been for my insurance agent, this company would have take my payment ($200) without completing the service. Between the dispatcher, the driver and the overall experience with this company, I would highly advise against using them either through insurance or independently.

Ray was absolutely amazing! He arrived quickly, was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He made a stressful situation so much easier and handled my vehicle with great care. His customer service was top-tier and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. I truly appreciate his help and would 100% recommend Ray to anyone who needs a reliable tow truck driver! 5 star does no justice , he’s a 6 star . Tow was great

Ray H was great ! I was locked out he got in my car within 1 minutes. My key fob was also dead and not responding to my car.. he was able to reprogram it to my car and have me on way ! Customer service was amazing !
