They are amazing!!! I called around everywhere to get a window the prices where outrageous. But Bama Parts price was the best in Madison County. They are so nice and professional. Needed a brake job and rather than visiting some place like Auto Zone or O'Reilley for parts, I wanted to go to someone I KNEW would know their parts, so I literally found this place by Googling it. Turns out its super-convenient to my workplace, good prices, and they even carried the heavy new rotors out to my car for me - who does that anymore?! Portia took great care of me, I'm so glad i found this place, will definitely be using them again.

BEWARE!!!! I was impressed with the operational aspect and a few of the workers were pleasant. However, the fact that I took a stove, refrigerator, deep freezer, washer, dryer, and other scrap metal items and didn't even break $100. SEEMS KINDA SCAMMY TO ME. But hey what can you do when it's a "legal" scam. They listed everything as tin and I had no tin at all. Pay fairly for what you receive, is that too much to ask.

This place is good place to locate dependable use parts however management has decided to change or let's say charge for the warranty on these parts. So if you elect not to purchase a warranty the sell of the part is as is with no return option. Before this scheme to make more money patrons could return defective parts within the 90 day warranty period for free. This is a shady business practice to make money.

Avoid at all cost! He is completely unorganized, unprepared, and does not know anything about the engines other than "it runs good". He has posted at the counter that he takes debit/credit, however, he does not. He was very uninformative on the phone and quite rude. I had to wait 30 minutes after arriving for them to go get gas for the forklift and move the engine even though I called to inform him I was on my way an hour earlier. After it was loaded, he informs me he only takes cash so we pushed it off in the driveway and I left. I would not be surprised if he doesn't honor the warranty. This was the worst experience I've had and I will NEVER go back.
