WOW! That’s all I have to say, honestly. Came in looking for certain vehicles to see. They weren’t available— still decided to look at other cars & left SO HAPPY! Purchased a 2016 Toyota Avalon, once I received the car there was not only a decent amount of damage that was undisclosed in the listing but issues that forced me to pull over on a highway on the way home. They fixed some of the issues after the fact, and also refunded my shipping but that doesn't make up for all the extra time and stress. The car obviously was not properly inspected on MULTIPLE occasions. There were scratches disclosed in the listing that I can't even see, meanwhile parts of the car are held on with zip ties and entire handles of the car are still masked from it's last repair. The entire process was mediocre and unprofessional I would not recommend buying from CarMax in the future.
