Drove 6 hours too pick up my son's first car , he was super excited like any guy would at his age and took out his phone for a video, loader started waving his hands too not record , I realized this and told my son too put his phone away , after he put his phone away the loader slams the car down on the ground next too the trailer and screams at us that he will not load the car because its there policy no recording , we told him sorry we did not know, we did not argue with him. Loader pissed off left us there. I walked over too one of the workers no far off and tried explaining too him , he did not want too hear any of it said go talk too my boss that was sitting in his truck , so I went too talk too him he said go talk too my manager TERESA. Went inside too talk too this TERESA and explained everything to her , she said that from my angle where I was standing it may look like he slamed it but he didnt. These people are the biggest joke out there , they think everybody is stupid. I did not want too argue with her because I can clearly see they are covering for each other. Got my title , after some waiting another loader came by and loaded the car . After looking at the car we realized the car was a FLOOD , they did not disclose that (false advertising). What a shame these people are , they are liars and crooks , scammers and need too get replaced by some competent professional people. My Son was in shock how Copart treats there customers and now we are stuck with a flood car. COPART CLAIMS THEY CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS , FOOLS AND LIARS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THERE MONEY AND WHAT OTHER FEES CAN THEY COME UP WITH TOO CHARGE THE CUSTOMERS.

Not the best professionalism. They definitely need to work on how to treat people who come in there. Very unorganized it's unfortunate my insurance sent my car there. And due to that I wasn't able to get any of my personal items. Terrible experience I wish no ones has to deal with them.

Horrible, horrible jaded, bitter women work here with terrible attitudes and personalities. If you don't like your job go find another one! Also, don't trust the pictures and description on the listings. The car I purchased said it came with keys and no damage. The driver picked up the car and said it was a FLOOD CAR and this wasn't even disclosed on the listing description. I have had very good luck with the Copart in Orlando buying there. DO YOURSELF A BIG FAVOR DON'T BUY FROM COPART IN JACKSONVILLE IT'S TRULY HELL TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! Buy from Orlando that was a great experience. These people need to be fired ASAP!!
