Do not accept any haggling of price reduction. Say no and tell them to go home if they wont accept their quote. Got a quote for a vehicle, provided battery, keys, title, everything, nothing was missing. After the driver comes they say the price went down by $50, why? No reason, random excuses like that its a old vehicle. I already provided the year of the vehicle when I got the quote. Nothing changed, no reason provided for the quote change. Instead the manager tried to guilt trip me by threatening to fire his employee. Pure harassment and disgusting behavior to prey on weak people. Filing a formal complaint with the state

They quoted me $490 then they get to where the car is and the tow guy sends a picture of the catalyst converter to the company and who ever he spoke to told him leave the car because it was not the original part. So the tow guy tells me he's gonna call someone at another company then he offers me $200 and since the car was at the mechanic shop I had no choice but to take it. But when I call back and tell them I left something in the car they tell the car is there not at a different location so where is the rest of my money and why did they lie to me?
