Predatory towing company. He signs contracts with places and allows 1 parking spot per unit. Guests have to pay to stay or get towed. Vehicles that are even registered get towed. Motorcycles parked together get towed. Then he takes them to the farthest lot away to charge more on the bill when there is a lot around the corner. Ive called and compared rates, he's almost double in price quadruple for bikes. Damage to vehicles with an unfair practice. Then makes you wait for over an hour to get your vehicle back. I let a friend borrow my motorcycle he had tge steering locked on it, they yanked it around and damaged the front wheel bearings towing it when it wasnt in the way for anyone RIGHT AT CHRISTMAS TOO what a gift, what a guy. My friend that has the parking pass with them has been towed 3 times even with a sticker.

If I could give zero stars, I would. A1 Towing is hands down one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and rude companies I’ve ever dealt with. After my car was towed, I arrived at their lot and was forced to wait over an hour before anyone even bothered to come and open the gate. There was no urgency, no communication—just complete disregard for my time. When someone finally showed up, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like doing their job was an inconvenience. To make matters worse, after paying the city tow fee of $147, A1 Towing piled on an additional $150 “administration fee” that was never clearly explained. It’s pure price gouging. The whole experience felt like a cash grab built on poor service and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache and frustration. If your car ends up here, prepare for long waits, hidden fees, and employees who seem to go out of their way to make an already stressful situation worse. A1 Towing should be embarrassed to operate the way they do.

Predatory practices. These people come in the middle of the night to steal people's vehicles from their private property because they have a contract with HOAs in the area. I don't even believe the contract could be legal based on how they conduct themselves. They don't knock. They trespass (HOA cannot grant permission for someone to enter your property). They bulk up the fees. And when they are confronted, they try to get you to pay them to release your car that's in your driveway. They are rude and the way they conduct themselves, it feels like they are doing something illegal. I mean, they operate in the middle of the night without even trying to knock on the door to notify the person who's car they are taking. They try to extort you to unhook your car that they tried to steal from your driveway, on your private property. And when you threaten to call the police, they ask you for money to leave.
