Was visiting the area and out for lunch, when my starter went out. Contacted the company , which was located within 5 miles and told them the name of the restaurant I was at, the city the building number and the name of the shopping plaza. I did not know the name of the street. The guy on the phones immediate response was “ya know what? Like most smart people, I have the ability to find out the address.” I apologized and told him that I don’t know the area. He said “well how about you figure that out first.” I said if you give me a minute to look and a little less attitude that would be helpful” at that point he began to yell at me, so I hung up and called a different company. I called B-Now towing instead. That company knew exactly where I was and were there in 15 minutes. The only thing Savage about Savage Towing company is their incredible rudeness and absolutely disgusting customer service. Later after I hung up with him and declined his services, he actually texted me to tell me that “I was a classless individual and that he was glad I did not hire him, because he wanted to be done working today anyway” it was only 2:00 pm.

This dude is a "Savage", and in all the good ways. Got a flat yesterday, and I tried calling a few towing companies. One I couldn't understand the operator, the other was a 4 hour wait. Savage Towing (I'm sorry, I didn't get the driver's name!) got there in a little over an hour, with constant communication via text on their status. Very friendly, rates were very fair, and otherwise outstanding service. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Peter personally towed my beautiful FIRST car from a terrible accident. In so much distress, he made sure that I knew the next steps after the towing and that my car would be safe in his tow yard. He did not answer or discuss business with my insurance until I personally said it was okay. With this tragedy he was very kind, punctual and trustworthy and this made saying goodbye to my beautiful silver Chevy easier. Thanks so much Savage towing.
