Overall great experience. I did unfortunately need a tow on a busy Sunday, but that’s just something that happens, out of my and their control. I also was in no rush, which apparently deemed me as the “favorite customer” to the dispatcher. Very kind and helpful people. The tow truck driver was great, wish I could remember his name but I do remember that he was from New York. The price might seem high, but the trucks cost a lot and they all know what they are doing. If you need a tow call them.

I had an absolutely awful experience with All City Towing, from start to finish. The tow truck driver explicitly told me that I was okay to park where I was and that my vehicle would not be towed. I relied on that information. When I woke up the next morning, my car had been towed anyway. Because of this, I was over two hours late to work, which caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my day. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the front desk clerk was rude, dismissive, and very disrespectful, treating me as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer who had been misled. Days later, after multiple attempts to get answers, a manager named Frankie finally called me back. During that call, she confirmed that the tow truck driver did, in fact, say the same thing I’ve been saying all along — that I was told I would not be towed. Despite acknowledging this, she somehow twisted the situation and said it was still “my fault” and that I “should have known,” which makes no sense given that I relied on information provided by their own employee. She then stated that she “didn’t need my money,” yet I was still charged $130 to retrieve my vehicle. Throughout the conversation, Frankie was rude, talked over me, blamed me repeatedly, told me I could “complain to whoever I want,” and then hung up on me. This company is extremely unprofessional and operates in a way that feels intentionally deceptive. Being told one thing by a driver and then punished for believing it is unacceptable. Their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and hostile management make it very clear that they do not care about treating people fairly. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid All City Towing if possible. This was a frustrating, stressful, and completely unnecessary experience that could have been avoided with honesty and professionalism — both of which were clearly lacking here. Based on this experience, it is reasonable to conclude that All City Towing engages in deceptive and predatory practices, including providing false assurances to vehicle owners and then profiting from those misrepresentations. Their conduct raises serious concerns regarding consumer protection violations, lack of proper employee training, and failure to operate in good faith. I am submitting this complaint so there is an official record of All City Towing’s actions and strongly encourage regulators and consumers to scrutinize their practices. No individual should be penalized for relying on information provided by a company’s own employee, nor should anyone be subjected to intimidation or hostility when attempting to resolve a legitimate dispute.
