Overall great experience. I did unfortunately need a tow on a busy Sunday, but that’s just something that happens, out of my and their control. I also was in no rush, which apparently deemed me as the “favorite customer” to the dispatcher. Very kind and helpful people. The tow truck driver was great, wish I could remember his name but I do remember that he was from New York. The price might seem high, but the trucks cost a lot and they all know what they are doing. If you need a tow call them.

Wrecker driver was very kind, got there pretty quick, towed my jeep wrangler. He even gave me some names of places to possibly grab parts, and encouraged me to try and fix the jeep on my own if insurance fell through. It was a very stressful time and his kindness wasn’t expected but it was appreciated. Good guy.

Came to tow vehicle in a timely fashion. Employee was polite, professional and proficient. Could not type in credit card information to pay for service and had to call my husband to leave work to physically bring credit card to tow truck to avoid being towed to the yard since I did not have my credit card with me. Said there was no way to enter a card number and the office could not accept a call of a card number over the phone either-needed to have a physical credit card with me. Thankfully my husband was able to come bail me out of the jam or it would have ended up stranded. Glad I wasn’t a single parent that day.
