For this business, the most impressive part would be the manager (called Josh), really showed his best to help me sell the car, so I just refused to cooperate with other junk car buyers and only worked with you! One thing can be improved would be maybe you could assign a case to one or to specific people each time. For example, if I used the same phone number to call, I can always get to the same people who is familiar with my case, so we can go through everything quickly! Also, I got different answers from different people. Like, someone said I have to have the physical title. The other one said I just need to notarize a document, and then you can figure out everything. Someone said towing can be done on Friday or next Monday. But when I call again, the towing could be scheduled on Friday that is better for me. Anyway, I really appreciate your help!
