Had gotten a flat tire that could not be repaired so I had to have a tow. They were quick to get to my location as well as friendly. And budget wise was cheaper than what my insurance was going to charge. I really appreciate the quick effective response. Prayful that I won’t need another tow but if I did will definitely give them a call first .

About a week ago my daughter and I was at the beauty supply store on Decker. Ready to go home after a long day out and my key fob would not open the car. It was freezing outside, a little after 9 PM and dark. Everything was closing around us on a Sunday. Panic started to settle in as we kept trying to use the fob and pull on the door handles. The cold now becoming colder. Thinking about how me and my baby girl was going to have to walk down Two Notch to Forest Drive to get home and what do I do about the groceries in the car and how do I get to work in the morning and what is wrong with my car in the first place? How much is that going to cost? I grab my daughter and speed walk back to the beauty supply store. I walk up to the counter and I say to the man "my key fob won't unlock my car. We can't get in the car". Not for one second did he or the other men there make me and my daughter feel like we were a nuisance. They very well could have said not my problem lady, but they didn't. Immediately the man I approached walked outside, took a look and then said he was going to run to Walmart and get some batteries, because it could have been my key fob battery. They had us stay in the store with them where it was warm, as they locked down. The man came back and replaced the battery, but that was not the problem. I sprung back into panic, because what now? The man said something to the other man and then, one of them smiled at me and said "he is going to call his guy". I didn't know what that meant, I just knew that God was working threw these men in my favor. So, we wait, but not for long. Then I see him. Mr. Mustafa. He hops out of his tow truck, gets the necessary information and goes to work. Pops open my door, then charges my car battery and voila! Just like that, what could have easily have been the worst time of my life (given everything else going on in the world), was just a blip. I hugged every single one of them. I had nothing else to give at the time. Mr. Mustafa did ask one thing of me and that was tell him how he did. That was a week ago, since then I came down with the Flu (I work in healthcare, fun times) but I didn't forget. So, here I am saying THANK YOU! Your company is absolutely amazing as well as the company you keep. Stay blessed.
