This place has been a complete waste of time for me, and I want to save others from the same frustration. I’ve driven two full loads on a 7x14 dump trailer to this location, only to find out—both times—that they were either closed or not accepting construction debris. What makes it worse is that the phone number listed on their Google Business page isn’t even for this location. It connects you to Waste Solutions in Franklin, TN. There is no working number available for the Smyrna site, so you can’t call ahead to check their hours or whether they’re accepting materials. Honestly, you’re better off driving to Waste Solutions in Franklin. Their facility is much cleaner, much better organized, and far more professionally managed. It’s a huge improvement over trying to use Recycle Partners or dealing with the Middle Point convenience center, where you risk backing over nails and dealing with unpleasant staff interactions. I do not recommend this place based on my experience.

Came here to dump my dumpster on a Saturday 9.30 am . They said they are open till 12 pm . They were closed . I had 4 tons loaded drive 45 minutes to get there and had to go back with the load . This is a waste of my day and fuel . They lost a good client

Came in on memorial day weekend and what a surprise. The clerk decided to have a 4 day weekend so nobody that was actually there knew how to run the computer. The guy was like I can just write your weight down and I will make sure you get paid. OK cool so I took the signed sheet and went on with my day. 1 week later when I had a 2nd load to bring so it makes sense financially. The clerk pays me twice for the lessor load I brought instead of paying me for actual weight that was written down on the signed paper. As if to not honor the previous true weight of the load. I actually picked up a piece of metal in my tire from the first trip there which led to a flat tire 5 days later. They have surveillance there, so it's all recorded. So now I'm negative $250 for a new tire, and I've been robbed for actual work I did for gyping on my actual weight. It might not even be $20 they screwed me out of, but they totally ruined my day and are clearly untrustworthy. PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF AND TAKE YOUR SCRAPS TO A BETTER COMPANY. YOU WILL GET CHEATED HERE!
