We did not want to go with this company. However, a lot of the other companies that we were calling could not come before Christmas. Let me just say that it was a mistake. I spoke with both a man and a woman. The woman called me just after 8 AM to tell me that I was probably going to be her first pickup. She had a tone in her voice, which for somebody who works in customer service I would think they would know how to direct inflection in their voice. And then she was gonna call me back in a few minutes. TWO hours later, I called the business and asked when they were coming. They told me that the driver would let dispatch know after 11 What time they were coming and to call back and that I should hear from the driver in 20 mins, and if I didn't go ahead and call back. So I called back the the driver to let them know at that point, that I had somebody coming to fix my phone, and my phone would be off for a period above about an hour and to go ahead and still come. Apparently what I said amused her because she snickered on the phone. All of my children have an appointment at noon. Now because the woman called me just after eight o'clock and told me that I was going to be one of her first pickups, I based my whole morning on that. The driver ended up calling me back after 11 to tell me that she called me to tell me that she was on her way but because I didn't pick up, she went somewhere else. I'm sorry, but I called very specifically to communicate That my phone was not going to be working. How long it was not going to be working that I was home and please still come. To me, this is very much lack of consideration and lack of communication on their end. A man called me back after I got off the phone with the driver telling me that he needed to reschedule, at which point I said, don't bother.

First- what is this new environmental added charge they now have? Where did it come from and why are the patrons paying to enter and then being charged extra for purchases under this subject? The last 2 times I've been at this place, I've been charged way more than the parts price they advertise, plus the other fee, taxes we expect. The gate fee is now double, but we deal with it. Yes the prices have gone up, and with everything else added, new parts are not that much more of a cost in some cases. I've purchased many parts from this location, and up until this past year hthe prices seemed fair enough. With the raising of prices the addition to the entry fee along with this environmental fee, it's actually not worth the hassel if you have to take the part back. Seems we forget the time spent installing, removing and returning to get another part which may or may not be functional and have to repeat the process again. True in some cases the parts may not be available as OEM parts, and are cheap after markets., but they work. Yes, I enjoy working on my own vehicle, and like to keep it all OEM if at all possible. Still, with installing, Uninstaller returning to pull another part, then reinstalling the part(s), the cost is to close to new to take a chance. No I won't be back at this establishment anymore. I'll buy after market if the need arises. I ask everyone to make their own decision, but ask what the new fee is for. I'm fairly sure it has nothing to do with the environment that the patrons should be handed the responsibility of paying. Also in their own code of conduct and operations, they plainly state their recycling procedures. So what are they doing? Getting paid twice for the same thing. All I'm doing is pulling a part, I'm not spilling any fluids because fluids are not supposed to be in the vehicles at the time I'm pulling these parts.
