Low class towing company. No set prices, they charge what they feel like. The price after the tow was CRAZY. Had me waiting in the rain for hours. Owner Trey was dismissive and not helpful at all.

My friend and I were stranded on I10 in Mississippi. The dealership and AAA were running us into circles with nobody wanting to pick up a van and trailer. Well, our good friend Roger from Wards Wrecker pulled up to us and instantly started working on putting our vehicle on the wrecker truck. Other towing companies were telling us that we wouldn't be able to ride with the driver because Covid, but Roger wasn't going to leave us in the cold. He got us off the highway, and helped us get stuff moving and back on the road. He even got in touch with the CEO Robert Ward to tell him that we had a destination that were traveling to and really needed to come get our stuff from the van the next day. Roger worked with us to make that happen. Roger was quick, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. If you EVER are stranded day or night, seriously reach out to Wards Wrecker. They will take care of you with outstanding employees like Roger!

This company is a rarity. My past experiences with towing companies have been nothing but the worst, so it's nice to have a pleasant experience for once. If you need any kind of towing service in the Jackson, MS area please have this be your first option. From price to speed to customer service to hospitability everything was TOP NOTCH. RONIN was the guy who helped us and treated us good. He deserves all the best. Thank you for the help.
