Weird. Connected through my insurance, dispatch was very difficult, frustrated, and rude within seconds. Expressed frustration that I didnt have an immediate extensive mechanical knowledge of what was exactly wrong with my vehicle, their reasoning - MAYBE my probelm could be the tire????? They said they couldn't take the dispatch, which worked out much better for me. The company that did work out was easy to work with, friendly, helpful, and quick to support - check out ICT Towing!
