I wanted to call AAA to tow my car after a wreck...highway robbers with rude associates who assume the worst of people, sight unseen. I would never call them to tow my car, ever! WPD called them and made me feel like I didn't have a choice. The driver was nice though but that's it..they make it financially impossible for you to get your car back..over 600.00 with a DAILY additional cost of 45.00! Ridiculous!

I needed a tow truck for my step daughter's car because her key fob quick working(no it wasn't the battery). After going through some spam posts on Facebook I finally messaged Happy Hooker towing and they had someone dispatched immediately. James was the tow driver and he definitely went above and beyond for us. Because the key fob didn't start the vehicle we couldn't get it into neutral to assist in getting it on the bed of the truck. He did what he could to get the ramp of the bed all the way to the front end tires to save the transmission as much as possible. Then when dropping it off, we had to use some dish soap on the bed in front of the tires to get those tires to slide easier and he just rocked the car off slowly. He didn't even hit the front bumper on the ground like I anticipated!!! Whatever you do, James is a fabulous asset to the company and we would have tipped him but I didn't have any extra cash! But he deserves a raise for his hard work and dedication!!! He was also friendly and personable. I would recommend Happy Hooker Towing any day!
