Had a lockout at the London, Kentucky weigh station yesterday morning, and one of the drivers happened to be at the scale house. The response was unbelievably fast, easily the quickest lockout service I’ve experienced for a big rig. Extremely professional, courteous, and charismatic employee. Hopefully I won’t need their services again anytime soon, but it was truly a pleasant experience and highly appreciated.

They told The Box Truck to my house, knocked the mirror off my My Chevy SS pick up it’s a 89 model refuses to call me back. Refuses to acknowledge they didn’t have any wrongdoing personally I will never use them again. They have no accountability for their actions nor will they ever.

Very reckless tow truck company, , wouldn't trust them to tow a ten speed. I saw 1 of their trucks on the highway and it just pulled into incoming traffic, which was me and mines in an 18 wheeler with loaded trailer. You can't just move over or stop on a dime. Really sloppy driving. I hope the semi tractor u were driving got to it's location in one piece..
