Mike and Liz provided exceptional service from start to finish. Mike arrived to pick up our wrecked vehicle in under 30 minutes after we contacted the office, which was incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. They securely stored the vehicle until the insurance company was able to retrieve it, and Liz made a point to maintain clear and consistent communication with me throughout the entire process. From the moment that we walk through the door, it was nothing but absolute respect. It had been a rough day. We'd been in a car accident. First question asked was are we okay? Then Lizz was extremely helpful with information and helping us understand the process. When we were cleaning out our vehicle, she lent us gloves to keep from cutting ourselves on glass. She really went above and beyond for what needed to happen. And really meant a lot to us after a really long hard day.

Just want to say Mike's Towing is amazing! I believe it was Liz I was talking to (please let me know if it wasn't). But she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me understand and answered my questions regarding my wife's accident and what would happen with the car. She even helped me to understand the whole other person's insurance and what steps could be taken since both myself and my wife haven't had an accident in over 30 years each. She helped with a lot of stress during this time. I will not call another towing company. It will only be Mike's Towing from now on if I need them. I appreciated their help big time!
