I really don't know of any other mechanics in Lincoln because I don't have to. I've taken all of my cars into Olstens for the better part of 25 years. I've had a Toyota and two Nissan vehicles and I have never used any other shop in town. I know that when I leave, the car is fixed, in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable amount of money. If there are any other issues, they tell me before they do anything. You might have to wait a bit before they get to your car because everyone else knows this is an honest mechanic who knows what they are doing.

I had made an appointment to have my car diagnosed last Thursday for a problem I am having and I went in for the appointment today and received no diagnosis was told at the time of booking that the diagnosis was $75 and they would see what it would take to have it repaired. I want it fixed! They had the car for over 3 hours and called to let me know that they "reset" the light and don't be concerned if it shows back up. I was told that the diagnosis (smoke test) was going to be about $150 now. Mind you I traded a car to them for this one and they knew it was not working as it should then and they were worried about an oil leak and I paid $600 for reconditioning for that trade. Should have never needed to pay that as the mini cooper was worth more than a 23 year old Honda. Toby acted like he didn't care so I'm going to go elsewhere instead of the bait and switch these folks like to play! Beware Beware of this scam operation! Edit: Its funny how they don't respond! Guess that proves my point that they don't care about their customers!!
