Didn't have the vehicle I needed parts from ( even tho inventory on line said they had 4)(drove 70miles each way for nothing. If only gas were free haha.) Went from 1,000 vehicles to about 60total. Its become a joke

The back rims they sit on had sunk into the ground i couldn't get the rim off they were no help, i found a jack in another vehicle and got the job done. but they had what I needed and it was priced very well, I suggest taking a friend and teeming up, and go prepared, with that being said I'll go back.

the guy who works in the buying vehicles part is rude. you call and he does not say hello, does not verify who he works for, nothing. he sits on the other end of the phone and breathes until you say something. i asked for a time quote and he said shortly and i called back 5 hours later and he said he’d have the tech reach out to us. terrible terrible service. ended up selling my car to someone else because of this, they even gave me more money. if selling a junk car, call rivers edge towing in council bluffs.
