I had a horrible experience with Charlie the guy has a nasty attitude zero customer service skills, he is rude and disrespectful, I don’t know how’s he’s been getting away with that kinda behavior, I will try my best to take this to corporate this is the second time this guy treats me poorly he it’s getting pay to help customers not to threat than so disrespectful ! To bad this place hires incompetent people

Disgusting how they run their business! Never was told are part was ready Drove over to pick up a part at the Irvington location. Had to wait an extreme amount of time for anyone to even acknowledge me. Just to be told oh you have to go over to the other location and wait more. Oh and they basically closed are business account for. No reason Do business right or I’ll cancel the order every single time
