Missed your delivery truck cut off by less than 10 minutes. You were unwilling to help get these parts to us. We buy from you daily and really needed these parts for a truck that transports handicapped people daily and we could only have the truck for repair on Tuesday. Your employee just did not care and was not willing to help at all. With snow coming he couldn't tell me if they would be delivered on Tuesday which is understandable but he could have taken a few minutes to get these parts here today. A competitor with higher prices will get my company's business from now on.
