After reading all the one star reviews and visiting this place for myself. Now I understand why so many 1 star reviews. Their scale is not calibrated properly, which off sets the real weight and that's why they are ripping people off.

This place ripped me off today. I had a truck bed full of metal. Full truck bed load was 5060. Unloaded 5024. There's no way in hell the full load of metal was only 36. It doesn't help that no one spoke English. And they did it with a smile on their face.

I don't recycle to make a lot of money. I recycle because I want to do my part in keeping as much out of our landfills as possible. When I pull up to the curb and start unloading my bags of cans and plastics, someone always comes to my car to help me take them to the scales. They always show me how many pounds of plastic and how many pounds of aluminum. I will always be sure to give them my card to be stamped. In the past, you would only need 10 visits to get the $10.00 bonus. Now you need it stamped 12 times. Once again, I will not get rich off them, but I appreciate that they are always friendly and helpful.
