They may want to get new phones as they seem to not hear a word but yet we can hear them. I called from two different phone and they cant hear nothing. (They say from my end. But yet I called other companies who said before and after they can hear me just fine.

Employee lied about "not being able to make it up the hill" amd then he didnt bring jumper cables, only a little jump box which dies after a few tries. They left me stranded and forced me to call another company for help.

Would love to rate 0 stars if I could! They attempted to charge me $547 for $100 in parts, $271 for "2 parts" that comes in a full kit for $100 on the Dorman website.
