Copart received our vehicle. Items were missing from it when we went to retrieve them. We let them know, they said they did nothing. They then explained their intake process and provided photos (showing some of our missing items in the photo) that clearly contradicted that process. When called out on that fact they did nothing about it. As mentioned in a previous review - dishonest and unethical.

Zero stars. I purchased a one year membership for $99 to bid on cars at the local auction. 2 months later they made the auction dealer-only and corporate hangs up on me when I make a reasonable request for a pro-rata refund. I believe this company's dealings with me have been unethical and dishonest. Please email me if you'd like to make it right, Copart.
