No one ever wants to need a towing company, but when bad situations happen you hope that someone can help. After one of our company vehicles broke down in Fairfax, Sid from Fairfax Towing showed up and towed it to our preferred mechanic in Springfield. Fairfax Towing & Recovery reminded me there are good people out there! I called to tow my car as it had a flat and they were on their way. I realized I had a spare so I cancelled the tow. Put the spare on, drove a little bit, then the spare got a flat. Called Fairfax Towing back and they laughed with me at my luck, got a guy out within 20 minutes. They also gave me a discount for my bad luck and because I towed it to an auto shop they know. Michael was kind and friendly as we rode to the shop together. Grateful for their help and highly recommend their business!
